ESP8266 WIFI Remote Controlled Mains Switch

An ESP8266 WIFI module interfaced to a relay allows for a 1000W/240v swimming-pool filter pump to be remote controlled. It turns on and off automatically depending on how much energy is available from the solar system. Software includes NodeMCU general-purpose telnet server, and Perl client utility.

Hi, Great work. I believe you are controlling WIFI esp 8266 through a normal remote controller. I am also looking for a software to control from my mobile phone. It would be much helpful, if you share any idea..

Could you share a photo of your esp8266 after the capacitors and resistors where solded.
